What do I need to prepare before the Muay Thai class?
Make sure you are in a safe and open setting to avoid damaging personal items or electronics. Allow yourself to have enough room to move around and avoid injuring yourself or others. We recommend having a water bottle on hand for in-between hydration, a towel (if needed), comfortable workout clothing, and Muay Thai gear (optional), such as shin guards, hand wraps, and gloves. This will be introduced later on and will not be necessary for beginner classes. We recommend being barefooted for the duration of the sessions. Shoes and socks are optional based on your preference and floor setting.
